The Successful Day-After Years of Pain and Sweat-We've learned!

A successful day:

5:30am-Don't Hit Snooze-Resist the Temtation, you need alone time not at work, take a walk, play with the kids, go running

7am-Shower

7:30am-Drink Water-Studies show that staying hydrated makes you think and work better

7:45am-Eat Smart

8am-Dress for Success

9am-Ignore your Inbox-Focus on just a couple projects for the day and start them. Turn off the email ding!

10am-Snack, stay satisfied instead of starving till lunch and gorging

10:30am-Take a walk, refocus

11am-Chat a co-worker, call a friend

1pm-Prioritize the last couple hours of your day and FINISH you days projects

3pm-Wrap up a Tough Task and finish up for the day

4pm-Spend some time reorganizing yourself, pay bills, work on personal projects, look up a new recipe in the cookbook, workout, STOP WORKING AT THIS TIME

5pm-Since you are already relaxed from the days work you are ready to give your friends and family your all, the best you have to offer.

9pm-Hydrate, Relax, Bed
